How does the process for hiring Exceptional Tree Trimming’s services work?

How will I receive the estimate for my services?
You will receive an email with all the details about your scheduled appointment and services, including any comments, concerns, and notes our Arborist may have gone over with you during your meeting.
How much time does it take for my services to be done after my quote is sent?
During your meeting with our Arborist, you will schedule a service day(s), depending on the amount of services you requested.
Do I need to be present while Exceptional Tree Trimming is servicing my property?
Not at all! We understand your time is valuable, and your schedule may conflict with the day of your scheduled services. You do not have to be present while the work is being completed.Â
Crews are provided with every detailed report of the services you requested, so they can get the job done quickly and efficiently, with or without you being there.
How do I pay after my services have been completed?
We collect a 50% deposit via credit card, Zelle, check, or cash. After the initial deposit and the services are completed, the remaining balance will be collected.
Will all my services be completed at the same time?
Exceptional Tree Trimming is committed to making your experience as seamless as possible; if you are getting more than one service done on your property, we will ensure to complete as many of your requested services as possible in a single day. Nevertheless, this may be subject to change depending on the size of your property, weather hazards, and other external factors.
Does the crew clean up after the job is done?
Depending on the scope of the work contracted, our general tree work crews typically chip up the resulting debris and remove it from your property. If contracted to deal with large wood, the larger pieces of wood will be hauled and disposed of. The area and surrounding area where work has been done will be cleaned and/or raked.
What is an environmental fee?
An “environmental fee” is a charge added to our quote that covers the handling, disposing of, or recycling of waste generated during our services.
Does Exceptional Tree Trimming have insurance?
Exceptional Tree Trimming is fully insured. We have the proper insurance when it comes to protecting your property, as well as the livelihood of our employees. Exceptional Tree Trimming is fully licensed and certified by the state of Florida and our local municipalities.
